For a planetary scientist, Lindy Elkins-Tanton of Arizona State College has what is probably a very eclectic resume.

He has labored in enterprise, raised sheep and border collies, and taught math, amongst different jobs. Right this moment, she is the principal investigator for NASA psyche mission, a spacecraft designed to discover the eponymous asteroid, which seems to be made largely of metallic.
